The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Taking complete responsibility for development of retail, corporate and project business of the specialized Pest Management, Smart Cleaning and Disinfection services offered by "Clean My Place"
- Make Productive business meetings by giving proper presentation to the prospective corporate and B2B clients in the assigned business domain.
- Effectively covering Government, PSU, Corporates, FSS, FMCG, SME, SOHO, Commercial, Healthcare, Ho-Re-Ca, Education and all other prospective areas for developing the business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Interact with customers and ensure that accurate service feedback.
- To manage the day-to-day service/support functions of ongoing and future projects. Qualifications
Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Process oriented with the ability to supervise process culture with organization with rigor.
- Through knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook.
